Treasura Cipsoft Client (updated 15.07)

Features:

• supports displaying retro outfits
• is based on 8.11 version (you don't need anymore to disable antivirus)
• hotkeys on keys 1-0 while WASD active (work similarly to those from F1 - F10), including pressing CTRL and SHIFT

• option to remember password locally
• and most importantly cam system - recording the session and the ability to play it back

I'm the author of a modification of the Cipsoft client at the request of the Treasura administration (Discord link) released at the beginning of May and I would like to introduce you a client that I have been working on in my free time (and which may be further developed if I would have time). The first version of this client was released on May 2 (Discord link), the second on May 9 (Discord link), but due to high time pressure, late decision and practically no testing, things turned out that caused it not to be well received:

• it was based on client 8.0, which (for reasons unknown to me) is the most hated by antiviruses
• it was written for the engine, which was (and still is) adapted mainly to otclient (player walkthrough, additional mechanisms, "new walking" with otcv8)
• graphics engine that does not always support modern graphics cards
• the decision to start work was made much too late (Discord link), so switching from the "nice" smooth otclient (where you could bot freerly) and harmonized with the server to the "old" one that everyone remembers was (quoting Johnny) "like going back from the era of touch phones to keyboard phones"

So much for the introduction. The new client that I am presenting to you today offers a number of changes and addresses many problems from the previous release:

• is based on 8.11 (is a friend with antiviruses)
• handles "unwanted" data coming from the server (causing debugs in certain situations)
• hotkeys on keys 1-0 while WASD active (work similarly to those from F1 - F10), including pressing CTRL and SHIFT
• WASD fixes
• remembering passwords
• and most importantly - recording the session and the ability to play it back

To watch the recording, select the "Cams" checkbox in the login window, enter "888" as the login, and the name of the recording file (without extension) as the password. Then, in the "characters" list, select the only available item (yes, you can share it with anyone else as local file is just a copy).

To run the client there are 2 options:

1. (recommended) download the prepared package with the client and DLL - from here (VirusTotal scan) (mirror)
2. download a clean 8.11 client (e.g. from Gesior host (VirusTotal scan) and paste the DLL from the archive in the same place - from here (VirusTotal scan) (mirror)

The only entries (i.e Suspected Of Trojan.Downloader.gen) are caused by the presence of an updater (the DLL has the ability to download files for auto-update) and come from niche antiviruses

The minimap is available:

• from this site
• from the Treasura downloads page

and the archive should be unpacked in the folder that is easiest to access by using the WIN+R combination and entering %APPDATA%/Tibia/Automap

There is no support yet for Linux/MAC users, but might be, if there will be enough interest. Unfortunately, there is still no anti-bot (for it to work properly, cooperation with the administration is needed), but it is possible that it will appear. Some players may still experience high CPU usage and the FPS setting indicator may not respond, but this is due to outdated support for the graphics engine, which sometimes does not work on modern computers (for example OTLand post).
